We are a marketplace specialised in video that connects companies and individuals with freelance recording and editing professionals. Depending on the type of service you are looking for, you will need to fill out a 7-step form to fully understand your needs and pay the total amount for your project. We will find the best professionals specialised in the industry for you and manage the delivery of your project.

A filmer is a video professional who is in charge of recording any type of video with a state-of-the-art smartphone at 60 FPS and in 4K. He/she will be responsible for making your video recording a reality.

An editor is a video professional dedicated exclusively to video editing. Our editors use the latest technologies for video editing.

All our professionals go through a selection and curation filter to be included in our platform. We are a marketplace that regulates the entry of our freelancers, so if the quality does not convince you, we will refund your money.

If anything additional in our process goes wrong, we will refund 100% of your money. It's as simple as that.

In the case of the recording service, our specialised professionals are always self-assigned so we will find the best match for what you need and confirm when we have it.

In the case of editing, you can choose whether you want to personally select your editor, or you want us to do it for you. In the first case, the conditions are the same as for recording. For the second, we will send your request to the editor of your choice, and if within 48 hours he/she has not confirmed, we will recommend other editors for you to select or you can choose the option of self-assignment for us to do it for you. If these options do not suit you, we will give you a 100% refund.

We will be available for you from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 19:00 hrs. If you contact us outside these hours, we will be available the next working day. Our support form will always be active so that you can send us any questions you may have.

If you need special prices for volume, specific requests for materials or in any way our service seems attractive to you but does not adapt to your specifications, do not hesitate to contact us and our sales team will help you.

We don't want you to leave :( but if you have to, you can do it from the menu in the Manage profile section. Remember that for that, you need to be logged in to our platform.
