A maker is a video professional dedicated exclusively to editing. Our editors use the latest technologies for video editing.
All our professionals go through a selection and curation filter to be on our platform. We are a marketplace that regulates the entry of our freelancers, so if the quality does not convince you, we will refund your money.
If anything additional in our process goes wrong, we will refund 100% of your money. As simple as that.
In the case of the recording service, our specialized professionals are always self-assigned so we will find the one that best matches what you need and we will confirm when we have it.
In the case of editing, you can choose if you want to personally select your editor, or if you want us to do it for you. In the first case the conditions are the same as in the recording. For the second, we will send your request to the editor you have chosen, if within 48 hours they have not confirmed, we will recommend other editors for you to select or you can choose the auto-assignment option so that we do it for you. If these options do not convince you, we will give you a 100% refund.
